What is a master plan?

Do you know what a master plan is and what it has to do with you? This animated video goes straight to the point and tells all you need to know about it. The master plan, which is currently under revision, decides what will be done with our city for the next ten years. We should all be attentive so that we can bring our proposals to local authorities. This is the week for the thematic hearings, which will be followed by public hearings. Finally, November is time for the Conference in which everyone involved must elect representatives to advocate for their agendas! We should all engage ourselves, because this is about our lives, our territory, our mobility, our public spaces!
