CPDH is a non-profit social organization that works towards promoting and defending a culture of human rights and well-living, especially concerning the right to the city and freedom of speech, through processes of training, mobilization and case lawyering offered to groups, communities and social movements that are fighting for such rights.
We are an organization made up chiefly by male and female case lawyers who, aside from providing legal advice, believe in the legal and political empowerment of the actors we offer our services to. Moreover, we aren't only interested in solving the cases, but we wish to intervene in public policies regarding human rights. Hence, networking and establishing partnerships are also top priorities for us.

One of the core issues of our work is the fact that we believe together we are stronger. So, we always engaje in unions, partnerships and netowking with movements, groups and organizations that align with our purposes (right to the city and freedom of speech). We believe that, this way, our struggles are made stronger.
